Gary C. Byler ~ Attorney-at-Law

Mr. Byler graduated from Bayside High School and earned an undergraduate degree in Business/Accounting from Georgetown University.  Mr. Byler was awarded a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law in 1982.

 

Following graduation, Mr. Byler went to work for President Ronald Reagan in the White House.  Upon leaving the White House, he opened this law practice and began serving Hampton Roads.

Sandra L. Sampson ~ Attorney-at-Law

Ms. Sampson graduated from Green Run High School, then earned an undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice from Old Dominion University. Ms. Sampson attended Regent University and was awarded a Juris Doctor in 2001. 

 

Ms. Sampson currently serves as a Director of the Virginia Beach Bar Association.

Tracey Lassiter ~ Office Manager/Executive Assistant

Ms. Lassiter began working for Gary Byler in 1992, when she was a victim of an automobile accident and needed a lawyer.   She  works with area court clerks and offices of the commonwealth’s attorneys for solving our clients’ criminal and traffic problems.  She also attends to managing office operations on a day-to-day basis.

 

 

Amber Renshaw ~ Paralegal

Ms. Renshaw began working for the Law Office of Gary C. Byler, P.C. in August of 2009.  She assists in a variety of administrative duties, including the scheduling for the entire office.

Heather Salton ~ Paralegal

Ms. Salton leads our personal injury department in assisting clients with their insurance claims.  She also assists our litigation department in preparing lawsuits, drafting answers to discovery and scheduling hearings.
